How to measure

Measurement Guide For Dresses

When using a measuring tape, be sure to keep it slightly loose to allow for breathing room. It's easier to alter a dress that's too big than one that's too small.

When taking measurements, wear an unpadded bra or a shapewear that you plan to wear with the dress.

  1. Bust - Wear the bra you will be wearing with the dress (or an unpadded bra, since our dresses typically have a built-in bra), and pull the tape across the fullest part of the bust.
  2. Waist - Bend to one side to find the crease, that's your natural waist. Pull tape across the narrowest part and keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room.
  3. Hip - Stand straight and pull tape across the widest part of the hips and rear.
  4. Hollow to Floor - Stand straight with bare feet together and measure from the center of the collarbone to the floor.
  5. Height (Bare Foot) - Stand straight with bare feet together and measure from the top of the head to the floor.

  • How to Return

    Please submit a return request via email within 31 days of receiving your order to make sure you are eligible for a return. Returns made after 31 days will not be accepted.

    Please supply photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problems, including quality issues, damage during shipping, color/ style/ size errors.

    All returned items must be in original condition, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and with the original tags and packaging. Please note:

Overall Impression:
The dress was beautiful and, after custom fitting, fit exceptionally well.
Fit & Sizing:
I had the dress custom-fitted, and I'm very pleased to report that it fit perfectly.
Design & Features:
It's important to note that the cap sleeves are fitted, not loose. I personally liked this look and found it to be a positive design element.
Areas for Improvement (Minor):
My only minor complaint was with the zipper. It seemed to stick, requiring assistance to fully zip up.
Recommendation:
Despite the small zipper issue, I was very happy with the dress, especially the custom fit and the look of the fitted cap sleeves.
